The product is not at all like the advertisement and the price is higher than online shopping apps. When ordering a gas stove, it said 7 days. If the product has a problem, it will be replaced. When I filed a claim, I was told I had to wait for the owner of the product to approve it first. What is that? And I still don't know whether I can claim it or not.

O Shopping Company advertises very exaggeratedly. Bought a gas stove as advertised on the program. When I saw the program it said the fire was blowing. When the item actually arrived, I tried to open it and it seemed like the gas had run out. When I contacted and inquired, I was told that the staff would call me back as quickly as possible. But when we contact to buy and make a sales transaction for you It's like I'm afraid I won't sell. And if you guarantee a 7-day return, but can't contact us? Then why do you say there is insurance? I've ordered this item 4 times and it's never been as advertised. Enough with This company does not recommend buying products from this company.
